The first video game competitions date back to Goldeneye on Nintendo 64 (1998). It would later develop into a passion for esport games such as Unreal Tournament, Quake, Counter-strike 1.5, StarCraft, leading into being the best Halo 2 player in the province of Quebec, Canada.
A strong sense of community was developed around Major League Gaming, in its golden age, starting its very first podcast. At 19 Joe helped Tom “Tsquared” Taylor with Gaming Lessons, due to its success with celebrities was featured in the Wall Street Journal. At this period he also coached and helped several Pro-Players across multiple titles by implementing sport training methodologies, both physical and psychological. He has also runs numerous esport tournaments, local and national (ex: ESWC, Red Bull Canada, etc.).
Joe has an education from McGill University and working experience from Endeavor (WME IMG) in the esports department, followed by Google, Bell and Morgan Stanley.
